Hi, I’m Yente, co-founder of [Primal Storm](https://www.primal-storm.com/).

In nine months, we grew from having no customers and a $1,000 CPA to generating more than $1 million in monthly revenue. Our next goal is to reach $5 million in monthly revenue by December.

We’re looking for an **Operations Manager (AI-enabled)** to take ownership of our supply chain, inventory, finance operations, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day admin.

## Requirements

**What you'll actually do:**

-   **Build and maintain AI workflows** with Claude Code to reduce repetitive finance, supply chain, and admin work.
-   **Own inventory and stock planning**, manufacturer orders, warehouse coordination, and shipment tracking.
-   **Lead finance operations**, including reconciliations, profit reports, invoice checks, payments, and cash flow.
-   **Manage compliance and renewals**, keeping certificates, registrations, and insurance up to date.
-   **Run operational reports**, verify automated outputs, and act on issues early.
-   **Handle daily operations and admin**, including order issues, software subscriptions, Shopify updates, and records.
-   **Lead the operations and finance team**, set priorities, check results, and work alongside them.
-   **Document processes and measure time savings**, improving accuracy and reducing manual work.

**This role may Not be the right fit If you:**

-   Prefer strategy over hands-on work and routine admin.
-   Lack practical automation experience or trust AI outputs without checking.
-   Need reminders to meet deadlines, flag issues, or follow through.

**Who we’re looking for:**

-   **2+ years in operations, finance operations, or ecommerce**, with strong systems thinking.
-   **Practical, daily AI use** and a real automation or workflow improvement you can demonstrate.
-   **Strong Google Sheets skills**, including reconciling data across multiple sources.
-   **Confidence learning technical tools**, including Claude Code, APIs, and unfamiliar formulas. Training is provided.
-   **Strong ownership, attention to detail, and clear English communication.**
-   **Comfort leading a small team** while staying involved in daily execution.
-   **Full-time availability: 48 hours per week**, with at least **6 hours of overlap with CET/CEST**.
