**Remote · Full-time · $2,000–$3,500 per month**

Hi, I’m Yente, co-founder of [Primal Storm](https://www.primal-storm.com/).

In nine months, we grew from having no customers and a $1,000 CPA to generating more than $1 million in monthly revenue. Our next goal is to reach $5 million in monthly revenue by December.

We are looking for a **full-time AI Automation & Integration Specialist t**o help us scale our internal systems and workflows.

## Requirements

**What you'll actually do:**

-   **Review repetitive tasks** across all departments.
-   **Identify high-impact opportunities** for automation.
-   **Build AI workflows** using Python, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
-   **Connect key platforms**, including ClickUp, Slack, Frame.io, and Google Workspace.
-   **Test and improve automations** based on team feedback.
-   **Measure time savings, errors, and business impact.**
-   **Document workflows and train the team** to use them.

**This role may Not be the right fit If you:**

-   Cannot build and maintain reliable AI automations.
-   Lack practical experience with Python, APIs, and integrations.
-   Cannot securely test, document, and hand over workflows.

**Who we’re looking for:**

-   **3+ years of experience** with AI automation and Python.
-   **Advanced proficiency** in ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, or n8n.
-   **Proven ability to build, test, secure, and document** reliable automations.
-   **Measurable results**, including launching 2–3 automations and reducing repetitive work by at least 20%.
-   **Strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail** in a fast-paced environment.
-   **Full-time availability** and interest in a long-term collaboration.
