**Job Title: Lead – People & Culture**

Location: Lahore**

**Timings: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM PKT**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Lead – People & Culture to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and people strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven workplace while aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the development and execution of People & Culture strategies aligned with business goals
-   Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives
-   Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce planning and talent strategies
-   Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, and retention
-   Design and implement policies, programs, and frameworks that enhance employee experience
-   Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation
-   Use HR analytics and employee insights to drive data-informed decisions
-   Build and promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement
-   Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
-   Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact people solutions

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-   7–10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on People & Culture or Organizational Development
-   Proven experience in leading HR strategy and driving culture transformation
-   Strong understanding of talent management, engagement, and performance frameworks
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
