## Description

Prime System Solutions is seeking a multi-skilled IT/AV & Network Infrastructure Specialist with hands-on experience across AV over IP, enterprise networking, SD-WAN, virtualisation, and VoIP/PABX. You will design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions for clients across multiple geographies. Shortlisted candidates must complete a technical assessment and declare their hourly charge rate at application.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**AV over IP**

•       Configure AV over IP: IGMP multicast, QoS/DSCP, AirPlay/MsDNS, digital signage, and video wall integration.

**Networking**

•       Deploy and manage Cisco, Meraki, HP Aruba, Zyxel, MikroTik, pfSense, and Kerio Control environments.

•       Implement Peplink SD-WAN (SpeedFusion bonding, failover) and support VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and VPN.

**Virtualisation**

•       Manage Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, and Proxmox: provisioning, HA clustering, and DR.

**VoIP & PABX**

•       Deploy and support CUCM (call routing, SIP trunks) and GrandStream UCM/endpoints.

**General**

•       Maintain network diagrams, config baselines, and change records.

•       Engage clients on requirements, solution design, and post-deployment support.

## Requirements

**Must Have**

•       Hands-on experience in at least two domains: AV over IP, networking, virtualisation, or VoIP/PABX.

•       Multi-vendor networking: Cisco/Meraki, HP Aruba, Zyxel, MikroTik, pfSense, or Kerio Control.

•       SD-WAN knowledge; Peplink/SpeedFusion experience is a strong advantage.

•       At least one virtualisation platform: Hyper-V, VMware, or Proxmox.

•       CUCM and/or GrandStream deployment experience.

•       Strong TCP/IP fundamentals: routing, VLANs, VPN, and firewall administration.

•       Must declare hourly charge rate at application.

**Nice to Have**

•       CCNA/CCNP, Meraki SS, Aruba, or VMware VCP certification.

•       MSP environment experience; monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds).

Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Intune in hybrid environments.
