We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Leader to help strengthen and scale our client’s regional operations. In this role, you’ll be at the center of execution—driving performance, aligning teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day while supporting bigger business goals.

**🔑 Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
-   Drive execution of key initiatives aligned with overall business goals
-   Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Support) to keep everything running seamlessly
-   Build and manage strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and timely issue resolution
-   Work closely with global stakeholders to maintain alignment and consistency across regions
-   Track performance using KPIs and metrics, and turn insights into actionable improvements
-   Support budgeting, cost management, and overall operational efficiency

## Requirements

**💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise**

-   Proven experience in an Operations Leadership or similar senior management role.
-   **Previous leadership experience within a US-based solar company is highly preferred.**
-   **Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, with a proven track record of building operations from the ground up—including creating processes, SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational frameworks.**
-   Strong background in operations management, stakeholder management, and leading high-performing teams.
-   Hands-on experience managing service delivery, workforce planning, and operational performance.
-   Comfortable collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.
-   Demonstrated experience driving process improvements, KPI management, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Exposure to budgeting, cost management, or P&L management is a plus.
-   Familiarity with HR processes, employee relations, and workplace compliance.
-   Experience with HRIS, ATS, workforce management, or other operational platforms is an advantage.
-   Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
