### Key Responsibilities

-   Participate in on-site operation and maintenance activities for wind plants in Central Greece, and support other power plants when required
-   Monitor wind plant performance and operational efficiency, and prepare related performance reports
-   Supervise contractors and manage on-site activities, ensuring proper coordination with local stakeholders (e.g., PPC, municipalities, local contractors, suppliers)
-   Ensure full compliance with company HSQ (Health, Safety & Quality) policies and procedures
-   Contribute to O&M projects, including initiatives aimed at improving plant performance, efficiency, and sustainability goals
-   Operate and handle medium and low voltage electrical equipment, and respond to incidents requiring on-site physical intervention
-   Support administrative and operational processes such as warehouse and spare parts management, procurement activities, and budget preparation/monitoring

## Requirements

-   Degree in Electrical Engineering
-   At least 2 years of experience in wind plant operation and maintenance
-   Good command of the English language
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-   Valid driver’s license
-   High level of flexibility and willingness for periodic travel and overnight stays at project sites
-   Ability to work in demanding environments, including rough terrain and adverse weather conditions
-   Familiarity with the use of hand tools
-   Based in Fthiotida
