**About the role**

Location: Athens Airport, Spata Attica Greece **(commuting expenses covered)**

Working model: Onsite, work shifts (24/7/365)

Reports to: CUTE Support Team Leader, Greece

We are looking for an Associate Technical Engineer to help us ensure the smooth operation of critical airport technology systems. You'll provide technical support, perform installations and maintenance, train users, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**What you’ll do**

-   Provide support on the Common Use Terminal Equipment platform (C.U.T.E.) and the Departure Control Systems – handle hardware, software and network technical support
-   Manage installation and testing of C.U.T.E. stations
-   Train & support C.U.T.E. users
-   Perform maintenance and upgrading procedures
-   Event logging and monitoring through systems

**What you ‘ll bring**

-   Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
-   Knowledge of Windows and MS Office
-   Excellent use of the English language (verbal and written)
-   Communication skills
-   Hardware troubleshooting skills
