## Description

**PRIORITY Quality Consultants** is seeking an experienced **Sustainability Consultant - ESG/CSRD Reporting Freelancer** to support clients in aligning their sustainability reporting practices with the latest EU regulations, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The consultant will provide expertise on sustainability strategy, ESG data collection, and reporting processes to ensure compliance and enhance transparency.

**The role is primarily remote, offering flexibility in day-to-day work. However, occasional meetings and workshops with clients may be required, mainly within the Athens area, depending on project needs.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Advise clients on ESG and CSRD reporting requirements and best practices.
-   Assist in the preparation and review of sustainability reports and disclosures in compliance with CSRD standards.
-   Support data collection, analysis, and validation processes related to ESG metrics.
-   Conduct materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement activities as needed.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into overall corporate strategy.
-   Stay updated on evolving sustainability regulations and frameworks to provide timely guidance.

## Requirements

**Qualifications and Experience:**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
-   Proven experience with ESG reporting and CSRD compliance projects.
-   Strong knowledge of European sustainability regulations and frameworks.
-   Excellent analytical and communication skills, both in Greek and English.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong organizational skills.
-   Experience working with clients in diverse sectors is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Familiarity with sustainability reporting tools and software.
-   Certifications in sustainability, ESG, or related areas.
