**PRIORITY,** one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is currently seeking to hire an **IT Project Manager** on behalf of one of our clients in the banking industry.

**Description**

The IT Project Manager will oversee and manage critical IT projects within the IT department of the bank.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing a range of IT projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and technology standards.

**Responsibilities**

The primary responsibilities of the IT Project Manager include:

-   Leading and managing a portfolio of IT projects focused on banking operations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
-   Establishing and maintaining project management frameworks, methodologies, and standards that promote the effective delivery of IT projects.
-   Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with the organization’s goals and customer needs.
-   Performing risk management to minimize project risks and proactively addressing potential issues.
-   Coordinating resources, both internal and external, to ensure effective project delivery.
-   Adapting project management practices to meet the unique requirements of banking projects, including compliance with regulations and industry standards.
-   Monitoring project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
-   Communicating project status, milestones, and expectations effectively to both team members and stakeholders.
-   Managing project budgets and reporting on project financials to ensure optimal resource allocation.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Min. 6 years of project management experience, ideally with experience in the banking sector.
-   Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and results.
-   Experience with project management tools and software.
-   Fluency in Greek and English.
-   Project management certifications will be highly appreciated
