**Description**

PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking an experienced **Environmental/Health & Safety Consultant Freelancer** to support our consulting projects on a freelance basis.

**The role is primarily remote, offering flexibility in day-to-day work. However, occasional meetings and workshops with clients may be required, mainly within the Athens area, depending on project needs.**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Planning, organizing and managing business consulting projects (mainly Environmental, Health & Safety and Food Safety projects).
-   Interacting with customers on a regular basis.
-   Comparing current practices against legal and regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices.
-   Preparing management reports and ESG Reporting and system documentation: policies, procedures, etc.
-   Determine ESG strategy and the project’s KPI’s.
-   Conducting risk assessments (ESG, OHS).
-   Recommend solutions for improvement.
-   Support client engagements and deliver timely project outcomes.
-   Work collaboratively with client teams and PRIORITY consultants.

## Requirements

**Candidate Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Health & Safety or related field.
-   Minimum 3 years of relevant consulting experience in Environmental, Health & Safety or ESG projects.
-   Strong knowledge of Management Systems standards, including ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management), and ISO 50001 (Energy Management).
-   Proven knowledge of local and international legal and regulatory frameworks related to Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
-   Experience with ISO standards, risk assessments, and sustainability reporting is desirable.
-   Freelance availability and flexibility to meet project deadlines.
