## Description

**Priority Quality Consultants**, on behalf of a **leading company in the energy sector**, is seeking a **mid-level Business Analyst** to join its technology team through.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong Business Analysis background who are passionate about technology and digital transformation, and who are looking to contribute to high-impact infrastructure and cyber security initiatives within a large-scale corporate environment.

The position is offered under a **one-year fixed-term contract**, with the **possibility of renewal**, subject to business needs and project requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
-   Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
-   Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
-   Support the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions.
-   Participate in workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and solution validation.
-   Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, infrastructure teams, cyber security specialists, and external vendors.
-   Support testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution deployment.
-   Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or another relevant field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.
-   **5+ years of professional experience** as a Business Analyst.
-   Proven experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
-   Experience working on **IT infrastructure, networking, or cyber security projects** will be considered a strong advantage.
-   Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
-   Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Excellent command of the English language.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or cyber security environments.
-   Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar Business Analysis tools.
-   Business Analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or Agile certifications.
-   Previous experience in large corporate or enterprise environments.
