## Description

**RIORITY Quality Consultants** is seeking an experienced **Lean Six Sigma Consultant (Freelance)** to support business transformation and operational excellence projects for leading organizations across various industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to collaborate on high-impact initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
-   Map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes using industry-standard methodologies.
-   Apply Lean Management and Six Sigma principles to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve process performance.
-   Lead process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation.
-   Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement.
-   Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure project success and operational performance.
-   Prepare recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
-   Support change management activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
-   Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement projects.
-   Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
-   Proven experience delivering process optimization or transformation initiatives.
-   Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, Visio or similar tools).
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional teams.
-   Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
