# Refrigerator Onsite Technician

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Refrigerator Technician to join our team. As a Refrigerator Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will have chance to work on a variety of Prism products, but specialist in refrigerators. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.  

  

**Responsibilities:**

-   Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, including refrigerators, and some others prism products.
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related problems.
-   Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and fans.
-   Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

-   Conduct system tests to verify performance, temperature control, and refrigerant levels.
-   Calibrate temperature controls, thermostats, and pressure switches as needed.
-   Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
-   Adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards for handling refrigerants and electrical systems.
-   Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
-   Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-   Stay updated with advancements in refrigeration technology, industry trends, and best practices.
-   Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.
-   Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/or manager

## Requirements

-   Min O-Level or equivalent. Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
-   Min 2 years’ experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components.
-   Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
-   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-   Valid Class 3/3A driver's license or equivalent SG driving license.
