## Description

Are you observant, detail-oriented, and love exploring retail experiences? PRISM+ is looking for **Mystery Shoppers** to help us elevate our customer experience. You’ll visit our retail outlets, interact with staff as a regular customer, and provide honest, constructive feedback that directly improves our service and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct in-store visits to engage with retail associates and observe customer interactions.

-   Complete structured audits covering **Customer Experience, Product Knowledge & Processes, Personal Appearance, and Store Management**.
-   Capture relevant photos/videos and submit reports immediately after each visit.
-   Highlight areas for improvement to help our retail team excel.
-   Receive training and guidance to perform audits effectively.

## Requirements

-   Malaysian citizen, **18 years and above**.
-   Minimum **SPM qualification**; Diploma or higher is an advantage.
-   Excellent **observation, communication, and writing skills** in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-   Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions precisely.
-   Independent and able to travel to assigned retail outlets.
-   No conflict of interest with PRISM+ or its retail partners.
-   Experience with **electronic products** is a plus.
-   **Duration:** 30–60 minutes per outlet visit.
-   **Schedule:** Weekly, flexible, assignment-based (no fixed date/time).
-   **Workload:** 1–2 outlets per day.
-   **Payment**: RM20 - RM50 (depending on your experience) per outlet visit.
