## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Welder/Fitter** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to accurately fit and assemble metal components before welding.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and produce quality welds.

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: **$26 - $30** an hour plus 15% differential

## Requirements

-   Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
-   Fit, align, tack, and weld metal components and assemblies
-   Perform MIG welding on various metal components
-   Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring tools
-   Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish components
-   Grind, clean, and prepare welds as needed
-   Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
