## Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Water Jet Operator** to set up and operate cutting equipment in a metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. -   2nd Shift
-   **$25 - $30** an hour based on experience

## Requirements

-   Previous waterjet or CNC machine operating experience required.
-   Experience in metal manufacturing and fabrication.
-   Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Experience operating tow motors and overhead cranes preferred.
-   Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
-   Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach.
    
-   Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
    
-   Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

## Benefits

-   **Base pay: $25 - $30 per hour based on experience.**
-   **Additional 15% shift differential** for 2nd Shift.
