## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Manufacturing Supervisor** to oversee daily operations in a fabrication shop environment. We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who understands the complete fabrication process and can effectively manage a production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of TRUMPF laser, press brakes, copper fabrication, and powder coating operations.

$90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary plus a 10% Bonus Opportunity

## Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

**Hands-on experience with TRUMPF laser equipment**

**Press brake experience**

**Copper fabrication experience**

**Powder coating line experience**

Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings

Strong knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
