### 📋 **Position Overview:**

-   **Job Type:** Per Diem / PRN
-   **Location:** Louisville, KY
-   **Specialties Needed:** ER, ICU, & Telemetry (TELE)
-   **Shift:** Days | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
-   **Pay Rate:** **$47.00 / hour**
-   **Daily Pay $$**

### 💼 **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within your designated specialty (ER, ICU, or Telemetry).
-   Accurately monitor, assess, and record patient vitals, clinical conditions, and treatment plans.
-   Administer medications and perform prescribed medical treatments safely and efficiently.
-   Collaborate seamlessly with the facility's interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
-   Maintain strict adherence to facility protocols, state regulations, and compliance standards.

## Requirements

### 🎯 **Job Requirements:**

-   ✔️ Active, unencumbered **Kentucky (KY) RN License** or valid **Compact/Multistate License**.
-   ✔️ Minimum of 1–2 years of recent, dedicated experience in your specialty (ER, ICU, or TELE).
-   ✔️ Active **BLS** and **ACLS** certifications (PALS/TNCC preferred for ER; NIHSS preferred for ICU/TELE).
-   ✔️ Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
