## Description

We are seeking compassionate and experienced **Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, medical detoxification and stabilization and is proficient in **KIPU EMR documentation**.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform nursing assessments and intake evaluations
-   Monitor and assess withdrawal symptoms (CIWA, COWS protocols)
-   Administer medications as prescribed
-   Monitor vital signs and patient status
-   Document all care and assessments accurately in **KIPU EMR**
-   Collaborate with physicians and clinical team
-   Provide patient education and emotional support
-   Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

## Requirements

-   Active **LPN license** in the state of practice
-   Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (detox, behavioral health, or SUD preferred)
-   Experience using **KIPU EMR** strongly preferred
-   Knowledge of withdrawal management protocols
-   Current BLS/CPR certification
-   Strong communication and critical thinking skills
-   Medical detox or residential treatment setting
-   Familiarity with CIWA-Ar and COWS scales
-   Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
-   NIGHT SHIFT
