## Description

-   Start Date: 07/27/2026
-   Shift: 11am-11:30pm
-   Contract Duration: 13 weeks
-   1 year experience
-   Estimated weekly pay $1900-$2100 (stipend included)

### Responsibilities

-   Provide direct patient care to individuals presenting with various medical conditions in the Emergency Department.
-   Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage patients based on their clinical needs and severity of condition.
-   Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients’ responses and documenting accordingly.
-   Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing patient care plans.
-   Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
-   Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions as appropriate.
-   Participate actively in continuous quality improvement initiatives and department meetings.

## Requirements

-   Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree in Nursing considered with relevant experience.
-   Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting preferred.
-   Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; additional certifications may be required. ( PALS, TNCC)
