## Description

Registered Nurse-OR General Surgery

-   Start Date: ASAP
-   Shift Time: 6:45am-5:15pm 4-10hr Days with call
-   BLS 
-   1 year experience
-   Estimated pay package $2000 (including stipend)

### Responsibilities

-   Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
-   Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their comfort throughout surgical procedures.
-   Administer medications and intravenous therapy as directed by the surgical team.
-   Support the surgical team by providing necessary instruments and supplies during operations.
-   Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide updates.
-   Document all relevant information related to patient care and surgical procedures accurately.
-   Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations in the operating room.

## Requirements

-   Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
-   A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Operating Room setting.
-   Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile technique.
-   Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
