**HEAD OF RETAIL**

**Want to drive one of Mauritius' most visible retail operations?** The BrandHouse Ltd is looking for a Head of Retail with the vision, determination, and leadership credentials to drive the performance and development of the Galaxy and Samsung Brand Store network across Mauritius.

**Your key responsibilities**

-   Execute the retail business strategy, translating objectives into operational plans, while maintaining a strong field presence.
-   Drive overall revenue growth and profitability through consistent implementation of sales strategies and optimisation of store performance.
-   Champion and embed a culture of service excellence across all retail operations, ensuring it is understood, owned, and consistently delivered at every customer touchpoint.
-   Lead and develop a high-performing retail team through sound talent management and a strong performance culture.
-   Leverage on retail analytics, inventory performance, and financial data, monitor results, drive continuous improvement and profitability.
-   Identify growth opportunities through knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour, translating them into actionable business cases and successfully executing earmarked projects/initiatives.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-   Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance in line with the company’s values and ethical standards.

**Your profile**

§ Minimum - A bachelor’s degree in business management, retail management, marketing or a related field.

§ Extensive retail sector experience with a proven track record in sales and profitability growth.

§ Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

§ Strong numeracy — from retail data and KPIs to management accounts and budgeting.

§ Deep commitment to customer-centricity and company culture.

§ Growth mindset with adaptability, resilience, and sound judgement in a dynamic business environment.
