**REDM (Real Estate Developers Mauritius) is Hiring a : General Manager**

**Location:** Mauritius | Full-time or Part-time

On behalf of our client, **REDM (Real Estate Developers Mauritius)**, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the organisation’s operations and contribute to the development of the real estate sector in Mauritius.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Industry Relations & Advocacy:** Engage with government institutions, regulators and industry stakeholders, monitor regulatory developments and coordinate industry consultations.
-   **Stakeholder & Member Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with members, public institutions and industry partners, facilitating collaboration and representing collective interests.
-   **Projects & Strategic Initiatives:** Coordinate and drive industry projects, working groups, research and collaborative initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
-   **Operations & Governance:** Manage REDM's day-to-day activities, coordinate Board and member meetings, and oversee administration and reporting.
-   **Communication & Partnerships:** Support industry communications, strategic partnerships, networking opportunities and events.

**Candidate Profile:**

-   Ideally 8-10 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, industry relations, project management, business development, corporate affairs or related fields.
-   Good understanding of the Mauritian business, regulatory and instiutional environment.
-   Strong communication, relationship-building, organisational and project management skills.
-   Ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders and public institutions.
-   Proactive, autonomous, hands-on and results-oriented.
-   Experience in industry organisations or public-private sector engagement would be an advantage.
-   Independence & Impartiality: Ability to represent the collective interests of REDM's members with complete impartiality, free from any actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
