## Description

**Job Title: Human Resources Manager**

**Reporting to: Group Human Resources Director**

**Duties and responsibilities:**

1\. Assist and maintain all activities related to HR at group level.

2\. Implement and manage the HR system including but not limited to recruitment, training &

development, compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel

administration, counselling & guidance and reward & recognition.

3\. Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations.

4\. Ensure compliance to applicable Labour Laws.

5\. Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.

6\. Any other HR Related duties.

**Candidate profile:**

• Degree: BSC (Hons) Human Resources Management, Masters Level: MBA Specialisation HRM would be an advantage.

• A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in general Human resources

• Good mastery and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
