# Technical Accounts Officer

## Description

Our client, an established reinsurance broker, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Accounts Officer.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

-   Responsible for a portfolio of clients/territory
-   Establish and manage working relationship with internal business partners
-   Checking documentation & Preparation of voucher’s (invoices) on system
-   Perform reconciliations
-   Upload payments on Bank system
-   Prepare cashbooks
-   Making entries on ERP
-   Addressing partner queries
-   Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

## Requirements

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience:**

-   Degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognised university or ACCA qualifications ongoing or equivalent.
-   3- 5 years of working experience in a similar position or as an accounts officer.
-   Self starter.
-   Committed.
-   Dependable & Reliable.
-   Open minded and willing to evolve in a polyvalent environment.
-   Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
-   Team player and attentive to detail.
-   Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
