# Human Capital Coordinator

## Description

Our client, in the healthcare sector, is looking for a Human Capital Coordinator.

He/She will be asked to assist and collaborate with the Operations team and the pharmacies as per below:

-   Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
-   Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
-   Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR data accuracy.
-   Assist with performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
-   Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
-   Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
-   Support employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives across pharmacies.
-   Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
-   Assist in disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters.
-   Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support decision-making.
-   Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and pharmacy industry standards.
-   Coordinate internal HR communications and change management initiatives.

## Requirements

Profile

·       Degree HR

·       At least 2 years of experience, experience and/or preference of retail sector

·       Driving license is compulsory

·       A well-rounded and people-oriented individual who works effectively both as part of a team and independently.

·       Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility, with a naturally empathetic and kind approach.

·       A good listener with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with others.
