## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration resource to support multiple enterprise transformation initiatives across ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR/Payroll, Engineering, and Logistics domains. The consultant will provide technical leadership for SAP integration strategy, SAP BTP adoption, cloud modernization, and enterprise application integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

-   Work on migration of SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI integrations to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
-   Assess existing interfaces and develop migration strategies and execution plans.
-   Identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate, and modernize integration landscapes.
-   Design enterprise integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, B2B Integration and Open Connectors.
-   Define integration architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices.
-   Design and review integrations between SAP and non-SAP platforms.
-   Support ERP migrations, system consolidations, cloud transformation programs, and enterprise application modernization initiatives.
-   Develop integration strategies, interface specifications, data mapping documents, and technical designs.
-   Provide architecture guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to project and development teams.
-   Participate in architecture reviews, design workshops, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.

## Requirements

-   7+ years of SAP integration experience.
-   3+ years of hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite experience.
-   Proven experience migrating SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI interfaces to SAP BTP.

**Prefer experience in:**

-   SAP BTP Integration Suite
-   Cloud Integration (CPI)
-   API Management
-   Event Mesh
-   EDI
-   SAP S/4HANA and ECC
-   SuccessFactors
-   REST APIs, SOAP, OData, IDocs, RFCs, XML, and JSON
-   Experience designing real-time, event-driven, and hybrid-cloud integration architectures.
-   Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
-   Experience supporting one or more of the following:
-   ERP migration and consolidation programs
-   Salesforce and CRM platform integrations
-   Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
-   EDI/B2B integrations
-   HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Timekeeping integrations
-   Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and engineering system integrations
-   Mergers, acquisitions, company consolidations, and master data harmonization initiatives

**Ideal Candidate**

The successful candidate will be a mid to sr -level support of providing both strategic integration consulting and hands-on technical expertise while supporting multiple concurrent business transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
