**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our product team and support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. This role focuses on analyzing product performance, user behavior, to improve customer experience, and drive product growth. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable product insights.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Ensure requirements meet business needs and works with product stakeholders to ensure they align to overall product strategy.
-   Focus on drilling down into the deep requirement detail and documenting them in user stories.
-   Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement
-   Performing User Acceptance testing
-   Clarifying the requirement and prioritization with the development team
-   Responsible for identifying edge cases and interdependencies between different points of functionality
-   Partners with Product Leaders to support roadmap prioritization

## Requirements

**Mandatory Skills:**

-   10+ years of Proven experience in a Product Analyst or product-focused analytics role
-   Self-starter able to develop detailed materials from understanding the strategic intent
-   Critical thinking – must demonstrate the ability to interpret and synthesize requirements from a broad range of sources
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, including
-   Data Extraction and analysis
-   PowerPoint presentation writing. Including developing narratives
-   Drawing Technical diagrams using Visio
-   Excellent in Writing user stories and documentation
-   Adept AI prompt engineer, Critical must be able to verify and understand AI responses
