This is a Warehouse Operative - temporary worker conversion to permanent contract.

## Requirements

**What You'll Be Doing**

Depending on the area you're assigned to, your daily tasks may include:

-   **Ecommerce order picking** - selecting customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
-   **Ecommerce packing** - carefully packaging online orders to ensure safe delivery to customers
-   **Quality control** - checking items for damage and ensuring perfect presentation
-   **Inventory management** - stacking and sorting goods within the warehouse and preparing shipments
-   **Loading/unloading** delivery vehicles and supporting goods-in operations
-   **Maintaining** a clean, safe and organised work environment
-   **Working to KPIs** and deadlines while supporting your team to hit shared goals
-   40.25hrs/week on a rota
