**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We’re looking for a passionate individual who will create intuitive and user-friendly designs while maintaining our brand consistency. Our ideal teammate has a knack for solving problems, a strong instinct for product and UX design, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life.

This role pays a salary range of:

-   **EUR** **3,500 – 5,200** gross for an employment contract
-   **EUR 4,200 – 6,240** for a B2B contract

With an equity grant of:

-   **USD 14,000 - 37,500** in stock options (4 years with 1 year cliff)

**ABOUT THE JOB**

This job requires balancing creative and technical problem-solving to ensure feasible and high-quality designs. Because our features are interconnected, knowledge sharing among the team is also very important.

**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Designing new product features, from the idea and UX stage to pixel-perfect execution
-   Working with the Product Management and Engineering teams to generate ideas and turn them into a flawless product experience
-   Working closely with our UX Researcher to understand what our users need, want, and love about Productive 
-   Using and shaping the Productive design system to craft flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for features

**ABOUT YOU**

### Let’s See If We’re a Match

The ideal candidate for this role has **4+ years** of experience working as a Product Designer. If you recognize yourself in some of the following characteristics and skills, we will be happy to receive your application. 

-   Ability to turn complex SaaS workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
-   Experience designing end-to-end features: from research to high-fidelity screens and developer hand-off.
-   Skilled at identifying and improving weak points in existing designs, backed by competitor and market analysis.
-   Prototyping expertise using Figma (or similar tools) to validate ideas quickly with stakeholders and users.
-   Comfortable with data-informed design: able to interpret analytics, A/B test results, or feedback to guide iterations.
-   Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent (C1, C2) English communication skills, both written and spoken.

### Bonus Points

-   Hands-on experience with user research methods (e.g. usability testing, user interviews, surveys) and applying findings to design decisions.
-   Experience building and shipping **SaaS or B2B tools** within agile teams.
-   Contributions to a **design system** (creating or scaling it).
