## Description

**Job Summary:**

The Project Manager, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be a core member of the Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and closure of complex Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Integration projects.

**What You Will Do:** 

You will act as the key liaison between cross-functional technical teams, vendor partners, and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, driving customer success and satisfaction.

## Requirements

**Job Responsibilities**

-   Project Lifecycle Governance: Lead end-to-end ICT projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, to formal closure and handover.
-   Scope & Schedule Management: Define project scope, establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), construct realistic schedules, and track key milestones.
-   Resource & Budget Control: Identify resource requirements, assign tasks to internal and external teams, manage project financials, and optimize cost efficiency.
-   Stakeholder & Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for client stakeholders, building strong relationships through clear and consistent communication.
-   Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, manage project change requests (CRs), and enforce quality standards.
-   Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Oversee project procurement status, tracking hardware and software deliveries while managing external vendors and partners.
-   PMO Reporting & Metrics: Monitor project health and KPIs, providing regular status reports and dashboards to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Work Experience**

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

-   At least 3+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in an Integrator, Telecommunications, or Technology Services environment.
-   Proficiency in using modern Project Management software and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
-   Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
-   Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office 365 suite.
-   Certifications in Project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL
-   Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and risk mitigation skills.
