**Job Summary:**

The Senior Atlassian / Jira Administrator will administer, configure and continuously improve Algosystems’ Atlassian platform, supporting business, service management and delivery processes across the organization.

**What You Will Do:** 

The role will work closely with business and technology teams to translate operational requirements into effective Jira workflows, automation, reporting and integrations.

## Requirements

**Job Responsibilities**

-   Administer, configure and optimize Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM), including projects, workflows, issue types, fields, permissions, SLAs, queues and service portals. 

-   Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Jira configurations, workflows and automation. 

-   Design dashboards, reports and KPIs supporting service delivery, operations, projects and management reporting. 

-   Manage Jira integrations, plugins and applications, including timesheet and reporting solutions. 

-   Maintain platform governance, standards, access controls, performance and configuration documentation. 

-   Support users and teams, troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance, training and best practices. 

-   Contribute to the administration and evolution of Confluence, ensuring effective integration with Jira and structured knowledge management. 

**Qualifications and Work Experience**

-   5+ years of experience administering and configuring Jira in complex enterprise environments. 

-   Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Service Management, including workflows, automation, SLAs, permissions, dashboards and reporting. 

-   Good understanding of ITSM and service delivery processes such as Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management. 

-   Experience with Jira integrations, APIs and Tempo Timesheets   

-   Experience with Confluence administration and knowledge management is highly desirable. 

-   Strong analytical, troubleshooting and requirements-gathering skills. 

-   Atlassian certifications will be considered an advantage. 

-   University degree in relevant discipline.  

-   Good command of English, written and spoken.
