**Job Summary:**

The _**Business Analyst-Strategy & Transformation**_, based in Athens, Greece, partners with leadership on the initiatives that shape the Group’s growth — strategic analysis, internal projects and the adoption of new technology across the business. We are looking for an early-career Business Analyst to join the team in Athens.You will work across a varied portfolio of strategic and operational projects, including our company wide AI Operational Transformation, turning business problems into clear analysis, requirements and recommendations, and helping bring new tools and ways of working to life. It is a high-visibility role with close exposure to senior leadership and plenty of room to grow.

**What You Will Do:**       

•     Turn business problems into structured analysis, requirements and clear recommendations.

•     Map and improve business processes, spotting opportunities to work smarter and apply AI.

•     Support a portfolio of internal strategic projects — from market and competitor analysis to performance reporting.

•     Help evaluate and roll out new tools, including AI productivity tools, and support adoption across teams.

•     Track performance metrics and KPIs, and build reports and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility.

•     Coordinate milestones, dependencies and actions across cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned.

•     Prepare presentations and materials for senior management.

## Requirements

**What You Will Bring:**

 •     **3+ years’ experience** as a business analyst or in a comparable analytical, consulting or strategy & operations role.

•     A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, deliverable workstreams

•     Solid experience in **requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation**.

•     Confidence with BI and CRM tools, Excel and PowerPoint and comfort drawing insights from data.

•     Deep knowledge of AI and new ways of working, and the drive to learn quickly.

•     Excellent written and spoken **English**

•     Well organized, proactive and dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
