## Description

**Job Summary:**

The **Marketing Manager** will lead all related marketing activities, driving brand visibility, market engagement, and commercial growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic planning and execution across digital, PR, and sales enablement. **Reporting to:** MD & Group Senior Marketing Manager.

**What You Will Do:** 

-   Own and maintain the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
-   Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
-   Drive awareness and demand through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
-   Create and manage marketing materials for the website, newsletters, presentations, and corporate communications.
-   Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, manage press releases and announcements.
-   Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and deliver regular reports.
-   Plan and manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
-   Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
-   **Minimum 8–10 years** of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology, telecom, or services sector.
-   Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and demand generation.
-   Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, marketing automation and reporting tools.
-   Excellent strategic thinking, creativity and ability to transform insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
-   Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
-   Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
