## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications**

-   **5+ years of professional experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations**
-   **Current Epic Resolute PB certification**
-   Strong experience troubleshooting professional billing charge issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating timely resolution
-   Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization efforts and helping organizations return to expected operational and financial performance
-   Demonstrated ability to assess revenue cycle workflows, system configuration, workqueues, interfaces, and downstream impacts affecting charge capture and billing
-   Experience managing multiple issues and workstreams, including prioritization, ownership, escalation, risk tracking, and executive status reporting
-   Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, including charge capture, claims, denials, payment posting, accounts receivable, and revenue reconciliation
-   Ability to analyze operational and system data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear corrective action plans
-   Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report progress, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders, including CFO and Revenue Cycle leadership
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with revenue cycle operations, finance, IT, Epic application teams, and other internal and external stakeholders

**Desired Qualifications**

-   Experience serving as a project manager, team lead, or senior advisor during an Epic implementation or post-go-live stabilization effort
-   Experience supporting complex healthcare organizations with multiple facilities, billing entities, or service lines
-   Demonstrated success resolving charging issues and improving revenue cycle performance following an Epic go-live
-   Experience developing executive-level status reports, dashboards, issue logs, and remediation plans
-   Strong understanding of revenue cycle performance indicators, including charge lag, claim edits, denial trends, accounts receivable, and cash collections
-   Experience working in a consulting environment and navigating ambiguous or rapidly changing client priorities
