Additional information is available on our website. ### ### Your Role As a Manager of Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of reporting projects for different healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will include gathering reporting requirements, designing and developing reports, conducting testing and validation, and providing post-implementation support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the reporting projects. If you know of someone else who would be a great fit, let us know! ## Requirements For this role you will need to possess the following qualifications: - **Certifications** - Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or similar professional certification preferred - **Experience** - 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management, including experience leading analytics initiatives or teams - 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within analytics, business intelligence, or data products - Demonstrated experience partnering with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions - Experience defining and delivering analytics products based on customer problems, use cases, desired outcomes, adoption, and organizational value - Experience prioritizing analytics initiatives and competing stakeholder demands based on business impact and strategic value - Strong experience translating between technical analytics teams and nontechnical business and healthcare stakeholders - Demonstrated focus on adoption, usability, and measurable value of analytics products, beyond the delivery of dashboards and reports - Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of how clinical, operational, financial, and executive audiences use data to support decision-making - Role Focus & Responsibilities - Focused on analytics and data products - Strongly customer-centric orientation - Responsible for developing analytics/data products that address specific customer and business needs - Should be able to translate data and analytics capabilities into practical, customer-focused solutions - Part of the broader Data & AI organization, which operates across: - **Data in Transit:** EDI, APIs, integrations - **Data at Rest:** PACS and related data infrastructure - **Data Products:** Analytics-focused products designed around consumer/customer needs ## Benefits Prominence is dedicated to hiring the best and brightest minds in healthcare and maintaining a culture that rewards our employees for following their passion.
