## Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Staffing Recruiter** with a strong background in the BPO industry to join our team on-site in Medellín. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment, screening, and selection process for specialized talent in **Collections / Debt Recovery operations**. You will target high-performing bilingual candidates to meet demanding operational metrics and volume requirements while upholding strict quality and cultural fit standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Operative & Specialized Recruitment:** Design and execute tailored sourcing and attraction strategies for bilingual Collections and BPO roles.
-   **Full-Cycle Selection Management:** Manage job postings, resume screening, competency-based interviews, language assessments, and candidate shortlist presentations to operations and clients.
-   **Specialized Competency Assessment:** Evaluate candidates on negotiation skills, frustration tolerance, objection handling, and persuasive communication required for collections campaigns.
-   **ATS & Data Management:** Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain real-time pipeline visibility and track key talent acquisition metrics (_time-to-fill, conversion rates, early turnover_).
-   **Language Proficiency Evaluation:** Conduct objective, situational evaluations to verify C1 Advanced English language proficiency across written and verbal communication.
-   **Onboarding & Operations Alignment:** Partner closely with Account Leads and Training teams to schedule and facilitate candidate handoffs into training waves.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications & Experience**

-   **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Staffing Specialist or Recruiter within the **BPO / Contact Center** industry.
-   **Domain Knowledge:** Direct experience recruiting for **Collections / Debt Recovery** campaigns (prior experience with US or international debt collection campaigns preferred).
-   **Language Skills:** **C1 Advanced / Native-like English proficiency** (fluent spoken and written capabilities will be evaluated during the recruitment process).
-   **Tool Proficiency:** Demonstrated experience working with ATS platforms (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar) and talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, local and international job boards).
