## Description

We are seeking a **friendly, dependable, and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist** to join our outpatient mental health office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a professional and supportive healthcare environment.

**Schedule & Compensation**

-   **Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–8:00 PM**
-   **40 hours per week**
-   **Every Friday off**
-   **$15–$17 per hour**

### Responsibilities

-   Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience
-   Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions
-   Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
-   Check patients in and out
-   Collect copays and assist with basic insurance questions
-   Verify and maintain accurate patient information
-   Communicate effectively with therapists, providers, and office staff
-   Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations
-   Use electronic medical records and office scheduling systems
-   Handle general administrative and front-office responsibilities
-   Help maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming office environment

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Previous **medical office, front desk, receptionist, or healthcare experience preferred**
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills
-   Professional, friendly, and compassionate personality
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills
-   Ability to multitask and work independently
-   Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical records
-   Insurance verification and medical billing experience is a plus
-   Must be dependable and maintain strict patient confidentiality
