## Description

-   Create data visualizations and enhance interactive dashboards for Talent Acquisition using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard.
-   Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting and analysis.
-   Monitor dashboard performance, ensure data is regularly updated, and troubleshoot reporting issues.
-   Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree (S1) from Data Science, Mathematics, Mathematics.
-   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard, especially Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and charts.
-   Familiarity with data visualization.
-   Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
-   Willing to work on-site in BSD City, South Tangerang
