## Description

-   Create designs for various stages of the employee recruitment and onboarding process, including ID cards, New Hire and Acceptance Letter materials, internship vacancy content, and full-time hiring posts
-   Develop and execute content plans for our Instagram account @lifeatlinknet
-   Support other Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition activities when needed

## Requirements

-   Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Graphic Design, Communication, Management, or related fields
-   Strong interest in visual design, content creation, and employer branding
-   Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and familiar with other design tools
-   Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate briefs into engaging visual content
-   Good communication and time management skills
-   Portfolio showcasing your design work is required
