## Description

-   Monitor daily Work Order progress to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly and according to the established timeline.
-   Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Team, Regional Supervisor/Inspector, Dispatch Team, Technician Team, Permit Team, and customers to support the customer onboarding process.
-   Assist in delivering Work Orders to the Sales Active stage by coordinating with relevant teams and following up on outstanding requirements.
-   Maintain and update Work Order progress records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
-   Support administrative activities and documentation related to customer onboarding and Work Order management.

## Requirements

-   Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication Studies, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

-   Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
-   Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
-   Proactive and able to monitor work progress, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate effectively with multiple teams and customers.
