As a Junior eCommerce Executive, your primary focus will be to optimize and enhance the conversion rates and customer retention strategies for an ecommerce business. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to analyze customer behavior, implement effective conversion optimization tactics, and develop strategies to retain and nurture customers throughout their lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Ensure daily communication and effective collaboration with all relevant internal departments
-   Monitor online merchandising on a daily basis, implementing agreed commercial actions and continuously improving product presentation
-   Execute the commercial plan in collaboration with the direct supervisor and the commercial team
-   Monitor and evaluate the performance of agreed actions across assigned product categories
-   Ensure an optimal customer experience throughout category navigation
-   Conduct competitor analysis, identify commercial opportunities, and proactively inform all relevant stakeholders
-   Plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects efficiently and within deadlines
-   Contribute to SEO, UX/UI, and CRO initiatives to enhance website performance and user experience
-   Prepare and execute commercial newsletters in alignment with the company’s marketing calendar
-   Implement and oversee daily digital marketing activities (paid ads & social media campaigns)
-   Coordinate and manage CSR initiatives
-   Achieve category-specific targets within predefined timelines and KPIs

**Qualifications and Skills:**

-   Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
-   Proven experience as product owner in ecommerce conversion rate optimization, customer retention, or digital marketing roles
-   Analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
-   Knowledge of email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
-   Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-   Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
