## Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager (Security) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the security design aspects across our diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring robust and innovative security solutions are integrated seamlessly into the overall design process.

The Senior Design Manager (Security) will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop security strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and regulatory requirements. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in security systems design, risk assessment, and the implementation of cutting-edge security technologies within large-scale developments.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and oversee the security design process for various projects within Qiddiya’s portfolio.
-   Develop comprehensive security design plans, incorporating access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and other security systems.
-   Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure security considerations are integrated effectively.
-   Conduct risk assessments and provide security recommendations to mitigate potential threats.
-   Ensure compliance with local and international security standards and regulations.
-   Manage security design schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
-   Stay updated on emerging security technologies and best practices.
-   Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external consultants.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Security Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus.
-   Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in security design management for large-scale projects.
-   Strong knowledge of security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
-   Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
-   Familiarity with local and international security standards, codes, and regulations.
-   Excellent project management and leadership skills.
-   Proficient in relevant design and security software tools.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
-   Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
