## Description

-   Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution matters.
-   Provide legal advice on disputes, claims, and regulatory investigations.
-   Develop dispute resolution strategies and assess legal risks.
-   Review legal notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
-   Manage and oversee external counsel, including performance and legal spend.
-   Support negotiations and pursue early resolution where appropriate.
-   Monitor legal developments and advise on their business impact.
-   Maintain dispute reporting and ensure compliance with legal governance requirements.
-   Deliver legal awareness and dispute prevention guidance to business stakeholders.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Experience

-   Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; LL.M. preferred.
-   Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
-   8–12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes, gained in a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department.
