## Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager - Strategic Development to lead the strategic growth and development initiatives for our ambitious projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in development planning, project execution, and stakeholder management to drive Qiddiya’s vision of becoming a leading global destination for entertainment, sports, and culture.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement strategic development plans aligned with Qiddiya’s corporate objectives and vision.
-   Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of development projects.
-   Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
-   Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, government entities, and external partners to facilitate project success.
-   Oversee the monitoring and reporting of project progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
-   Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth within the development portfolio.
-   Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
-   Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in strategic development, real estate, or project management roles.
-   Proven experience in leading complex development projects from strategy through execution.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
-   Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
