**General Summary**

Qiddiya City is an exciting new destination city right on the doorstep of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The city plan will include 25 distinct masterplan districts across sports, entertainment, arts and culture, and mixed-use areas, residential communities and nature. Qiddiya City will eventually be home to more than 600,000 residents and host millions of visitors and experience seekers yearly. 

The Sales and Leasing Performance Unit (SLPU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. At the heart of this unit sits the Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL), a digital-first, gamified learning academy, designed to drive measurable commercial capability development across the Sales and Leasing teams. 

The Agency Training Senior Manager serves as the primary training lead and brand ambassador for Qiddiya’s external broker partner network, playing a critical role in enabling the successful go-to-market of Qiddiya’s real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all broker partners are fully equipped with deep, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge of Qiddiya’s developments, districts, and value proposition, as well as the sales and leasing systems, processes, and operational standards required to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer journey. The role contributes directly to broker readiness, customer experience excellence, and ultimately conversion outcomes by building confidence, credibility, and engagement across the broker ecosystem.**  
  
About the Role / Project Scope  
**Operating within the Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab, this role supports the development and deployment of a best-in-class broker enablement program across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land asset classes. The role spans both strategic and operational dimensions, including defining broker training approaches aligned to launch timelines, facilitating large-scale training interventions, and embedding a blended learning model through both in-person and digital channels. The scope also includes continuous collaboration with Programs, Digital Systems, and Learner Experience teams to ensure an integrated learning experience, as well as alignment with Sales and Leasing leadership to reflect evolving commercial priorities, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in KSA.**  
  
Key Responsibilities  
Strategic Responsibilities**  
• Design and execute a comprehensive broker training strategy aligned with Qiddiya’s go-to-market roadmap across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land asset classes, covering all customer segments from luxury to affordable.  
• Position Qiddiya’s broker training program as a best-in-class enablement experience that builds brand credibility, broker confidence, and market readiness.  
• Collaborate with Business Unit sales and leasing leadership to identify training priorities based on upcoming project launches, market conditions, and broker engagement strategy.  
• Stay abreast of KSA real estate market trends, regulatory developments (REGA, Wafi, Ejar, SAMA, FAL, etc.), and industry best practices to ensure training content remains current, relevant, and compliant.  
• Define and track training effectiveness metrics, including broker readiness scores, assessment outcomes, training volume, engagement levels, training NPS, and post-training conversion trends, to continuously improve program quality and demonstrate business impact.  
  
**Operational Responsibilities**  
• Deliver high-impact, instructor-led training sessions, workshops, broker onboarding programs, product launch enablement events, refresher sessions, and certification programs for external broker partners, both in-person and virtually.  
• Coach brokers and agency leaders to position Qiddiya consistently and credibly in market conversations, tailoring the product and project narrative by customer segment and equipping them with practical responses to common buyer and tenant pushbacks.  
• Develop and adapt Qiddiya-specific training content in collaboration with the Programs team, focusing on: 1) Qiddiya Product & Project Knowledge including Qiddiya Brand Storytelling, 2) Sales and Leasing systems, processes, and operational standards, 3) Regulatory and compliance excellence, including ethical sales & leasing conduct standards and 4) Market intelligence and competitive context (as required to support broker readiness)  
• Facilitate large-scale training events for diverse broker audiences, including Saudi-based brokers, GCC-based agencies, and international partners, adapting delivery style and content to audience profile and capability level.  
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements and flexibility to deliver training, based on broker availability and go-to-market milestones.  
• Coordinate with the Digital Systems team to ensure broker learning journeys are effectively managed on the Qiddiya digital learning platform, supporting a blended learning model with both classroom and digital components available in Arabic and English.  
• Work with the Learner Experience team to design broker learning pathways, collect feedback, administer assessments, and implement improvements based on learner data and training evaluations.  
• Manage training logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and post-training assessments for both local and international broker audiences.

• Deliver targeted coaching and microlearning interventions for underperforming brokers, and support performance recovery in line with program standards.  
• Conduct periodic awareness sessions and training for internal Sales and Leasing teams if required by the business.  
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, and assessment results to support reporting on training volume, broker readiness, and overall program effectiveness.  
  
**Leadership Responsibilities**  
Broker Engagement and Brand Ambassadorship  
• Act as the primary face of Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab with external broker partners, embodying the professionalism, energy, ambition, and vision of Qiddiya at every training touchpoint.  
• Build and sustain strong relationships with broker partners at both operational and senior levels, fostering trust, engagement, and long-term commitment to the Qiddiya brand.  
• Generate excitement and momentum among the broker community through dynamic facilitation, compelling storytelling, and consistent follow-through.  
• Support large-scale broker engagement events, roadshows, and product launch events as a key facilitator and subject matter expert.  
• Champion the critical role brokers play in Qiddiya’s real estate sales and leasing success, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and motivated as essential go-to-market partners.

## Requirements

**Skills and Attributes required/ desired**

\- Familiarity with KSA regulatory frameworks (REGA, Wafi, Ejar, SAMA)
