## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to the needs of Qiddiya’s projects.
-   Implement risk management strategies and tools to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks.
-   Develop and maintain risk registers for the projects and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of risk mitigation strategies.
-   Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and tools.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processes.
-   Prepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
-   Facilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
-   A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a management role within a large-scale project environment.
-   Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools.
-   Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structures.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
-   Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Project Management Professional) are a bonus.
