## Description

As the Associate Director - Internal Communications at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and disseminating communications that enhance employee engagement, culture, and alignment with organizational goals. ### Key Responsibilities

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

-   Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
