## Description

-   Manage facade design development from concept through detailed design stages
-   Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align facade solutions
-   Review facade systems for aesthetics, performance, constructability, and compliance
-   Manage design deliverables, timelines, and quality across facade workstreams
-   Present facade design recommendations and progress updates to internal stakeholders
-   Demonstrate strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, rainscreen systems, and weatherproofing
-   Experienced with facade performance — thermal, acoustic, structural, and wind load analysis
-   Familiar with relevant software: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper (for parametric facade design), and sometimes structural analysis tools
-   Understand building codes and standards relevant to the project's location
-   Experienced with unitized curtain wall systems and facade access/maintenance design is for high-rise or complex projects

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with postgraduate study in facade engineering preferred
-   5-7 years of Relevant experience with GCC or large-scale mixed-use development
-   Chartered status with a relevant body e.g. IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers), ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers), or CIBSE
-   Facade Engineering-specific bodies, such as the CWCT (Centre for Window and Cladding Technology)
