## Description

The Senior Specialist - Design & Delivery will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and management of Material Control systems within the Food & Beverage sector and Event Management systems across Qiddiya and SEVEN. This role requires a strong understanding of F&B operations, inventory and material control processes, and event management systems within the entertainment, hospitality, and leisure industries.

### Key Responsibilities

### Operations & Support

-   Support the Senior Manager in managing F&B Material Control and Event Management systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
-   Support the closure of ServiceNow tickets related to Material Control and Event Management applications.
-   Develop and maintain system documentation, process guides, and support procedures.
-   Provide training and support to business users and team members on system functionality and processes.
-   Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Material Control and Event Management systems.
-   Coordinate with Application Operations teams to facilitate smooth project handovers and ongoing support.
-   Provide Level 2 support for Material Control and Event Management applications, coordinating with vendors and third-party providers for Level 3 issue resolution.
-   Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address operational risks.
-   Coordinate project schedules, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery and operational continuity.
-   Support Material Control applications, including inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, recipe and cost control, food waste management, and stock management systems.
-   Support Event Management platforms, including event planning, registration, ticketing, venue management, guest management, accreditation, and workforce scheduling systems.
-   Coordinate application integrations with ERP, Finance, CRM, POS, and other business systems.
-   Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-   Ensure system configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business requirements and operational objectives.
-   Support data accuracy, reporting, and system governance initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
-   Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in material control or event management systems within the entertainment industry.
-   Strong service support skills with a proven track record of successful assistance in project delivery.
